Shipping:
We aim to keep all products in stock at all times. We offer various postage options through Royal Mail.
We aim to dispatch all products within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Please allow a minimum of 2 working days for delivery.
All of our products are safely packaged in protective envelopes or boxes to ensure they reach you in excellent condition.
All postage fees are calculated by weight with the addition of a small packaging and handling fee.
Any products purchased will be dispatched to the postal address specified during the order process.
We offer worldwide shipping via Royal Mail Air Mail.
Delivery Times:
We post our products Monday to Friday. Your purchase will take between 2-5 working days to arrive, please allow slightly longer for overseas post.
We are not responsible for lost goods where you have supplied us with a wrong or undeliverable address.
Returns:
If you are not satisfied with the products you receive, they may be returned to Worldwide Footprints as new. The safe return of cancelled products is the responsibility of the consumer and must be returned in their original (and re-sellable) condition. The consumer has the right to cancel an order within 7 working days starting the day after the receipt of the product. Where the consumer exercises his/her right to cancel, a full refund will be payable within 30 days. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
